On the mid-level is a media room featuring a Panasonic flat-screen and surround sound. The beautifully appointed great room has a dining area with seating for 22, plus 8 more seats at the granite bar top. The kitchen has plenty of room for the chefs, with a stainless steel Kenmore Elite refrigerator, separate full size freezer, two ranges, two ovens, two microwaves and two dishwashers. The fourteen bedrooms provide a range of choices. There are 7 bedroom suites with private baths, plus 7 more bedrooms with shared baths.  Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and DVD player.  Private boardwalk to dune deck and ocean.

Elevator to all 3 levels and a ramp into house.  Looking for no steps to beach - Use the common access next door if you want no steps to the beach.
